Training Programmes

In addition to writing and delivering bespoke learning programmes for schools, community associations, youth clubs and voluntary organisations, we have a 'core' curriculum of successful activities which we are proud to promote in our desire to influence and inspire change and achievement through innovative learning opportunities.

Training programme modules are designed for school staff, teaching assistants, learning mentors and volunteer staff working with children, parents and carers in school and community settings.

Programme fees include all appropriate materials and resources necessary to work with a minimum of 10 parents and their children.

All modules are delivered by Learning Beyond Ltd and associate education consultants.

Delivery of modules is dependent upon sufficient demand and availability of appropriate venues.  If your school can offer a venue at no cost then you attend free!

LATEST TRAINING NEWS ....

Providing parenting support

Parent Support training is offered over 4 days and will cover the two major areas of work that staff are likely to undertake in order to be efficient and effective in their professional roles in supporting parents, children and their families.

1.       The generic modules are compliant with the Every Child Matters Common Core of Skills and Knowledge for Children’s Workforce staff and are aligned to the Children’s Workforce Development Council induction standards.

2.       The role specific modules link to relevant National Occupation Standards.

This Common Core and National Occupational Standards linkage will contribute towards underpinning knowledge and understanding for the accredited Support Work in Schools [SWiS] qualification, which again is optional and available from a variety of training providers.
